Welcome to the Sunrise Breakfast menu available from 7.45am-noon with everything from stacked panackes with banana & blueberries to a full brunch of bacon, sausage, baked beans, potato wedges, toast & free range eggs - fried or scrambled.

also choose from organic porridge with fresh strawberries or our 'rude health'organic muesli -and plenty more to choose from!

Great new Starters, Snacks & Nibbles include Gyoza Dumplings / Hot Cheesy Garlic Bread on a Skewer with a Balsamic Dipping Sauce

Main dishes new to the menu include a Sunshine Powerfood Salad with spicy roasted pumpkin, spinach, edamame beans, cashew nuts, mixed leaves, lightly dressed in a lemon olive oil and a Parmesan Crumbed Chicken Schnitzel "KIEV" served with mash, rocket & roasted lemon

The Hot "Thai" Duck Stir fry is delicious, as is our new Malaysian Coconut Curry Laksa with Chicken & Prawns  with a Veggie version available with Squash & Roasted Pepper

Also new is our Teriyaki Grilled Salmon on a bed of Steamed Rice

Burgers welcome a new addition with our Grilled Lamb Kofta Burger

For something a little sweeter, new Desserts include our Hokey Pokey Ice Cream Sundae - honeycomb ice cream, chocolate sauce & crushed raspberries, a Warm Pecan, WAlnut & Cranberry pie with Very Vanilla Ice Cream , Fresh Pineapple & Passionfruit Salad with Rosewater & Fresh Mint and our Crumble is Apple, Rhubarb & Ginger
