Giraffe goes on Safari to Manchester
Posted Sunday 3rd December 2006
From the 'Itchy Manchester' publication:
Giraffe, the award winning restaurant group, stretches out of London to the North, opening one of its celebrated restaurants in Manchester's Trafford Centre on 24th November.
Giraffe's winning philosophy is to provide a relaxed, comfortable dining experience with a focus on healthy and ethical eating. It prides itself on its ability to make each restaurant unique and relevant to its local customer base, offering the same high quality food and drink, served to the sounds of spirited global music.
The menu offers an extensive choice of foods from around the world, supplemented by weekly blackboard specials. So, whether it's a quick and tasty snack to keep energy levels up while Christmas shopping, a full blown sit down affair or a romantic, post-date dessert and coffee there is something to suit all tastes and eating occasions at Giraffe.
Hit the juice bar first thing with one of the delicious range of fresh fruit smoothies. Or try one of the extensive mouth watering lunch and dinner options such as the Firecracker Chicken & Egg noodles stir fry and Super Healthy Veggie & Oregano Feta Salad. Or choose from Giraffe's famous brunch offerings, including Rude Health's Organic Muesli & Fresh Fruit Bowl.
Kids are encouraged to indulge in puzzles and colouring-in - a hit with both parents and kids alike.
In the run up to the busy Christmas shopping season, Giraffe will be on hand to keep the 520,000 weekly visitors to the Trafford Centre refreshed and energised. The restaurant will also be taking Christmas party bookings on 01908 392 100 and welcomes you to drop by and check out the new facilities. Why not come along one weeknight with a ‘bar buddy' and take advantage of the 2 for 1 cocktail offer? Or you could try out Giraffe time: between 5-7pm any weeknight, chose one appetizer and one main from out select menu for just 6.95.
