Restaurant Requirements for Giraffe

The first Giraffe restaurant was opened in Hampstead, London in 1998. Since then this successful concept has established itself as a brand leader in its sector focusing particularly on local and casual dining and attracting a wide customer profile. Its continued growth and success has been achieved to date by consistently providing an excellent varied dining experience, quality service and value for money.

Target Locations

Giraffe are looking for further sites that attract seven day traffic. A blend between residential neighbourhoods, business districts, tourist attractions and shopping precincts/centres is ideal. The existing portfolio, including Heathrow Airport Terminal 1 & 5, provides a balance of all these requirements.

Future Requirements

1,5000 to 4,000 sq ft ideally a minimum ground floor trading area of 1,500 sq ft. We are looking for properties in major cities, towns and suburbs throughout the UK. Leasehold or freehold will be considered, as well as existing businesses / premiums paid.
