Due to internal progression - A dynamic General Manager is now required for our stunning restaurant in Guildford

• Do you love going to Area Meetings as you are proud of every single line on your P&L and how your business is performing?
• Are you a passionate Restaurant General Manager who is fed up with not getting the credit for the work you do for your Area Manager?
• Do you want a bespoke training plan so as you can potentially develop into an Area Manager or Head Office support role?
• Do your team love working on your shifts as they know they will be fun and well organised?
• Have you inspired people in your team to flourish and have the confidence to progress?
