Giraffe restaurants, a market leader in family casual dining for the past 13 years are launching another exciting brand new hospitality driven retail concept. It will be everything that is great about giraffe except ‘to go!’ and we are recruiting for our first General Manager.

• Have you retail hospitality experience in a high volume environment?
• Have you counter or bar service experience?
• Would you love to be able to present your ideas to your MD on a daily basis?
• Do you want to be part of a new concept from its creation and take ownership for its success?
• Do you love the buzz of a busy shift where planning is absolutely key?
• Have you inspired and motivated your team so as your days off are in fact just that?
• Do you get excited and explore every potential opportunity to drive your business forward?
• Do you love going to Area Meetings as you are proud of every single line on your P&L and how your business is performing?
