We’ve spent months travelling across the world to find the hidden gems and signature dishes to bring you the very best world food on our new menu. We’ve taken inspiration from India to Istanbal, Mexico to Malaysia and everywhere in between, and we’re ready to cook all of our favourites for you.
Take our Kolkata Kati Roll, a street food dish from India that we fell in love with. We’ve gone big on flavour to make ours, stuffing it with cumin-spiced cauliflower, roast chickpeas and bright pomegranate seeds.
In Taipei we discovered the delights of soft, squidgy Gua Bao buns - and knowing that you love them as much as we do, we’ve added some new varieties to our menu. On the Black Sea coast, we learnt to twist the ends of traditional Turkish Pide, so you’ll find those with plenty of delicious topping options, too.
We’ve looked further than Spain to bring you our ultimate tapas selection. From pan-fried Japanese karaage chicken and soft Mexican tacos to Anatolian baked hummus and peppery calamari. The thing they all have in common? They’re totally tasty – and even better when shared
