"This is it, it's time to say goodbye, buah! Some of you know me as "The Trainer", others as Julieta, others as Juli and some of you don't even know me! How can that be? I first started working for Giraffe in Chiswick in 2003, I made great friends there. Since then I started working in Richmond, and what a great time I had working there! They have such a great team, and luckily I'm still friends with them. But when I started training people in different Giraffes, I honestly couldn't believe how nice the staff were everywhere! So, I just wanted to let you know guys, that every restaurant I've worked at, I have met lovely people, but not just nice and friendly, you guys are actually gooooood (with a long "o"). And the managers, such hardworking dedicated people, they work really hard! Anyway, the time has come to move on and so I am no longer part of the herd but will always cherish my memories from Giraffe 'cause I actually had fun working; it was work but it was fun.
